We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please review the following guidelines for returning your items:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags.
- Non-returnable items include: perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
How to Return
- Contact Customer Service: Visit our returns portal or email us at Amoraahcollections@gmail.com to initiate your return.
- Receive Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Use the provided shipping label or your preferred shipping method to send the item back.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for different sizes or colors are available following the return process.
- Replacement items will be shipped once we receive your original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund for damaged or defective items.
